What Laparoscopy Helps Detect
Laparoscopy is a surgical procedure used to view the organs inside the abdomen and pelvis. It helps diagnose conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic adhesions, blocked fallopian tubes, or ovarian cysts, which may interfere with fertility. This method provides a clear and detailed look at the reproductive organs.

Why Laparoscopy Is Effective
Laparoscopy is considered the gold standard for diagnosing many infertility causes. It is minimally invasive, requires only small incisions, and offers faster recovery compared to open surgery. It allows for both diagnosis and treatment during the same procedure, making it efficient for managing various reproductive health conditions.

How the Laparoscopy Works
The procedure is done under general anesthesia. A small incision is made near the navel, through which a laparoscope (a thin tube with a camera) is inserted. Additional small incisions may be made for surgical instruments. Once the issue is addressed, the instruments are removed and the incisions are closed, usually leaving minimal scarring.
